This website is operated by our Camera & Spare Parts Store. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the Store. The Store offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

Credit card information is always securely encrypted during transfer over networks via our payment gateway (Paymob) and is never stored on our servers.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice.
Spare Parts Notice: As detailed in our Refund Policy, all camera spare parts are strictly Final Sale and are non-returnable once shipped.

4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. To prevent fraud, we may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store to facilitate smooth transactions via Paymob and Shopify.

5. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to submit false or misleading information.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
